Another simple recipe. I often eat this for lunch. Very simple and very quick!

Chicken Ham – 1 Slice

Grated Cheddar Cheese – 3 Tablespoons (Or use a cheese slice if you want)

Butter – 2 Tablespoons

Jalepenos – 4 to 5

Bread – 2 Slices

  1. Heat a non-stick pan if you don’t have one of those sandwich grillers. Keep in on slow while you prepare everything else.
  2. Put one slice on the plate and slap on the slice of Chicken Ham, arrange the Jalepenos, and then put the grated cheddar cheese. Shut the sandwich with the other slice.
  3. Put the while sandwich on the Griller and close that sucker. If you’re using a pan, put the sandwich on the pan and turn the heat up.
  4. Put butter on one side of the sandwich and turn it around. Put butter on the other side of the bread (Now top side) and cover the pan. This will help melt the cheese. Wait for 1 minute and turn the sandwich around. Once the other side is done as well, take it out and enjoy!

You could use any other type of cold cut as well. I’ve tried with Smoked Turkey Ham and sausages and it tastes good too. Experiment a little, and I’m sure you’ll find your version!
